Welcome to the City of Waupaca’s online portal for city licenses, permits, code enforcement and GIS mapping.

Application’s for most city licenses and permits are now paperless and made through this website.  This allows our residents and businesses the convenience to complete applications from any internet connected device and the opportunity to pay online. 

Those users who require assistance or a hardship completing an application online should come to Waupaca City Hall during normal business hours for assistance or an application in an alternative format. 

Users wishing to pay with check or cash should also visit city hall to complete payments for online submitted applications.  Hours are Weekdays 7:30am-4:00pm.  For general questions please call 715.258.4411.
